This was my first time ever having a professional wax and I was so very worried about it. Not so much about the pain but more so, I thought I would feel humiliated by letting anyone see my very hairy legs and bikini line.

However, from the moment I was welcomed at the door, I felt relaxed. There was a client information slip to fill in with details of your doctor and medical issues and that made me feel comfortable that this is a professional salon. In addition, in the treatment room there were several certificates on the wall that reassured me I would be fine. The treatment took 1h and throughout, Tracey was so very sweet and I felt relaxed enough to go through with the whole treatment (although I had said I might change my mind and simply have the leg wax if my embarrassment got the better of me).

I will come here again for this treatment. I have no complaints about it at all. The result is fantastic and I see it everyday and think – wow, and thank you Tracey.
