The Studio

• I have undertaken a thorough review of the Studio and Services
• Every surface will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate sanitiser between each appointment
• All items of equipment will be disinfected before and after every service
• I will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where possible

My Professional Service

• I have reviewed my service menu and removed any that I feel will be unsafe at this time
• Gloves and masks will be worn washing hands before and after every client interaction
• PPE will be replaced after every client

Client Arrival and Reception

• I do not accept walk-ins, you must pre-book
• Temperature check taken on arrival.
• Hand sanitiser must be used on entry to the salon
• Clients must minimise what they bring where possible leave your belongings at home
• I ask that clients attend their appointments alone
• I ask that you pay using a card

I Ask You My Customers to

• Arrive at the time agreed to maximise social distancing
• To wash your hands or use hand sanitisers before and after each service
• Do not come to the salon if you or anyone you live with is unwell or self-isolating
• To contact me and re-arrange your appointment, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell; or if any person in your household is unwell or is self-isolating
• I am happy to discuss any of your individual concerns, please feel free to call the Studio
• If you are well come in for your appointment as normal
