About

Having trained at an exclusive private London college and gaining International Qualifications I worked at two prestigious day spas in Mayfair and Hampstead. In 2004 the opportunity came for me to work for myself and the Virginia Williams Studio was born.  From the start, I wanted to give my clients a unique, professional and educationally lead service. I am passionate about achieving skincare results both in the studio and supported by individually prescribed home care. I have a solid base of satisfied clients who share the same skincare results-driven philosophy as I do. Today’s clients want results and they come to me to get them.

My Qualifications

A graduate of the internationally-renowned Ray Cochrane Beauty School in London, I have achieved the highest available international qualification in beauty: the prestigious CIDESCO certificate. Issued by the Switzerland based Comite Internationale D’Esthetique Et De Cosmetolgie, having a CIDESCO qualification recognises that my knowledge and skills meet a rigorous International standard.

Your safety and comfort are a priority here at VW Studio. We remain up to date with our health and safety obligations, including maintaining the strictest hygiene standards.

Skin Studio Etiquette

  1. Don’t be afraid to ask questions – before you arrive, call the Studio and ask any questions you may have.
  2. Please arrive on time for your appointment. All new clients are allocated an additional 15 minutes to their treatment time to allow for their consultation.
  3. Turn off your mobile – a ringing phone will ruin the atmosphere.
  4. If you do not want to talk during your treatment, then don’t. I will not be offended.
  5. Remove all jewellery before your treatment, as some oils can damage precious metals and stones.
  6. If you have any special health considerations, such as high blood pressure, or are pregnant, please notify me at the time of booking online or over the phone.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations: Cancellations or changes to appointments must be advised 24 hours in advance or a late fee will be charged at 50% of the treatment price.

Securing your appointment: Some treatments may require a deposit. If a deposit is required, I will confirm this with you by telephone. Payments can be made by debit or credit card.

Suitability of treatments: Some treatments are unsuitable for clients who may be pregnant or suffer from certain medical conditions. If you are unsure, please telephone me to confirm whether you will need to consult with your GP before booking an appointment.

Change of treatments at the time of visit: If a cancellation of an additional treatment is made at the time of your visit, you will be liable to the full cost for late cancellation. However, if you decide to change the treatment for another treatment with a similar time, the fee will not apply.
