With the confusing media coverage of dietary recommendations, magazines and internet sources recommending various ‘fad’ diets and miracle supplements, it is difficult to find out what ‘healthy eating’ or ‘balanced diet’ actually means! As we finally realise that the nutritional value of the foods available to us is constantly diminishing it is no wonder that ‘what should I be actually eating?’ is one of the most often asked questions.
Undoubtedly, what we eat, how we eat and how much we eat plays a vital role in our lives. Research confirms that the root causes of the majority of the ailments that we come across in our daily lives – from arthritis and diabetes, through fertility issues, cardiovascular disease to cancer are primarily due to improper intake of food and lack of a balanced diet. Studies show that our stress levels and even our mental health depend on what we eat and can benefit from the right selection of foods. Therefore, the necessity of proper nutrition and, perhaps most importantly the secrets of how to make the best advantage of the food, is what people need to know to maintain a balanced healthy nutritional diet. Your body can only function at its best by feeding it the right fuel!
It’s been a long time that I have had a genuine interest in nutrition. I haven’t always had a balanced diet, in fact, it was unbalanced, eating far too much protein and enjoying too many treats which formed into wrong dietary habits which in turn affected my health. My interest piqued when I kept getting recurring fibroids. I had so many operations to remove them and still they came back. It was after my last operation when 20 fibroids were removed that I had to take my diet seriously. I had previously read on many occasions that one of the main contributors to recurring fibroids was growth hormones found in meats, and that is when I made the decision to change my diet and improve my health.
I went on to study the ITEC Diet & Nutrition course so that I could also help others to make changes by giving them the right knowledge, and taking them back to food basics of what nutrition their body needs to balance their diet.

What our happy customers are saying about us.
I found the nutritional coaching service really informative and helpful. Tracey is very thorough in her approach and once I had completed a food diary she patiently went through it in great detail and pointed out areas where I was eating things that were probably not too healthy! She then worked out a Weekly Meal Plan which helped a huge amount and inspired me to be a bit more conscious about how I view food. I feel a lot better for it.

Tracey was a very understanding and approachable nutritional coach. She listened carefully to my symptoms and gave me a detailed eating plan to suit my requirements. I would definitely recommend Tracey if you are looking for someone to help you understand your body and what nutrients that it needs.
