Aromatherapy Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage (30 minutes) £20

Aromatherapy is defined as the systematic use of essential oils in holistic treatments to help improve physical and emotional well-being. Essential oils have three distinct modes of action:

they initiate chemical changes in the body once the oil enters the bloodstream and reacts with hormones and enzymes
they have a physiological effect on the systems of the body;
they have a psychological effect when the odour of the oil is inhaled.

After a consultation, based on the information you have supplied to me the correct oils then blended to your specific requirements. A Swedish massage is then performed using the oils to relieve muscular aches and tension, improving circulation, help to reduce nervous tension, calm and soothe the mind, and promote a general state of well being.
